Return & Exchange Policy:

- All MUDI purchases are final and cannot be returned.

Exchange for Damaged Products:  We will only provide an exchange if the product arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for an exchange, please record a video after you unbox the package, clearly showing the condition of the product when you open it.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share the unboxing video along with your order details.

Please note: Requests submitted without an unboxing video might not be eligible for an exchange.
